Gentle Mobility and Yoga

Gentle mobility and yoga for tight or stiff bodies
This small group class is designed for people who feel stiff, tight or intimidated by a traditional yoga class. Each session begins with simple breathing and centering followed by gentle, alignment-focused movements to help improve mobility, balance, and overall comfort. Led by a physical therapist, and yoga teacher this class emphasizes safe, approachable movement with options for all levels. No prior experience is needed. Class size is limited to 4-6 people. Please bring your own mats and props if you have them. There will be a limited number available to those who do not have their own.
